Tips To Have A Healthy Nails


NAILS
•Moisturize your hands daily as often as possible.
•For dry hands, get frequent paraffin treatments or manicures.
•Apply cuticle oil to your nails every night before bedtime. This really helps to soften and moisturize the cuticle area. You will be surprised what a difference it makes in the way your hands/nails look.
•Do not cut your cuticles too much. This can cause them to grow back thicker. The nail bed also relies on the cuticle to nourish it.
