Mellow Yellow Monday

Friends finally, time to join Mellow Yellow Monday. Here’s my early entry. Actually this picture is from a friend of mine who is not a blogger. She went home to her province last month ago, she took this very interesting photo of a banana.

This is usually what people do , hanging their banana’s inside their home and let it ripe. Then as you can see some are ripe already and some are still green. This type of banana is very good for your health. This is really fresh from the banana farm.

As I do research online, bananas contain three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber.

You remind me my friend when I was a kid until teenager. We have few banana plants and when its time to harvest it we immediately hang the banana and as what you said let it ripen and eat it one by one. It's good to reminisce the past. Nakakamiss, di ba? Well, take care my friend and enjoy your day.
