Walking Exercise

Just finished our daily exercise today for walking. It gives me more energy and good to move my body from time to time. Very seldom to do walking before when i was in Philippines, just because don't have good walking place to do it. You know Manila is very crowded and not safe to walk along the street.

But thanks, finally me and my husband can walk freely in an open golf field here in Norway. Hope i can try skiing soon. Looking forward for falling down the snow, lol! For sure , it's hard to learn but i will try very soon.
